Completion of structured training in common clinical conditions and minor ailments, through both CPPE and the NES platform
Active user of NES e-learning to stay up to date with clinical guidance and condition-specific pathways
Signed and retained PGDs in line with NHS Scotland requirements, confirming competence for conditions such as UTI, impetigo, allergic rhinitis, and others
Safeguarding training (Level 2) completed through NHS England platforms and recognised across UK practice
Awareness of PVG scheme requirements, with preparedness to obtain certification for roles that involve regulated work with vulnerable groups in Scotland
With over 15 years of hands-on problem-solving experience, I have:
Designed and led audits
Introduced sustainable operational fixes
Supported system-wide improvements in clinical and administrative settings
As a left-handed individual with strong visual reasoning and imaginative thinking, I naturally explore efficient, logical routes to complex problems.
Additionally, I have managed cross-functional projects within a large multinational organisation with 3,000+ employees, giving me the skills to lead operational change, support knowledge transfer, and work within complex governance structures.
Having worked across Syria, Italy, Spain, UAE, KSA, and the USA, I bring a globally informed, culturally aware approach to every task. My wide network of trusted professionals and elite clients allows me to:
Move quickly to resolve service gaps
Introduce effective tools or vendors
Design realistic and results-driven solutions
Provide support that aligns with local realities and NHS expectations
